We have a few updates for the community since we’ve updated the schedule and classes around a bit. The 2015 CrossFit Open started this past week as well and wanted to make sure we were all on the same page.
2015 CrossFit Open
We would like to congratulate everyone participating in the 2015 CrossFit Open! Many of you hit PR’s on your Clean and Jerk during the CrossFit Open WOD 15.1A ! This is what we love about competition and how it brings out the fire in athletes! Remember, if you have not signed up, there is still time! Contact one of the coaches or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your 15.1 and 15.1A scores submitted by 5pm Monday March 2nd! Good luck to everyone competing!
Make sure you guys take FULL advantage of our specialty classes here at Telegraph CrossFit. These classes are designed to work on specific movements focusing on positioning, technique, and efficiency. Our weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance classes will make you a BETTER athlete!
Also, please make sure you are checking the schedule! LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 classes are specifically designed to progress athletes in the most efficient way possible. Please only attend your specific LEVEL class so that everyone can get the best/appropriate coaching and program.
Monday Wednesday and Fridays at 6pm
**Space is limited as you will be working in the back platform area**
Monday through Thursdays 730pm-830pm
Wednesdays 7am and 530pm
All of these Classes are ALL LEVELS and included with your Telegraph CrossFit Gym Membership, take advantage of them!
Wanting to lose those few extra pounds or gain some lean muscle? Or are you feeling tired and underperforming during your workouts etc….Diet is one of the most important aspects of training and overall health.
