Where were you born?
Born in San Diego, CA
What are your favorite sports/activities?
Dance, gymnastics, and Crossfit (not in that order)
How did you find out about CrossFit
From my best friend, Kaitlin, who needed a buddy to try it out with her in San Diego.
Why did you want to become a crossfit coach?
I’m in love with the process of getting better- seeing the clients progress, watching our team get stronger, and becoming better athletes all around. Crossfit has become (even more than it already was before) the thing I look forward to every day, and I want to be able to give that feeling to other people the way my coaches did for me.
What is your favorite lift/exercise?
Snatch and muscle up because they are the most challenging
What is your Favorite WOD?
Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 14 minutes of:
40 wall-ball shots, 14 lb. to 9-foot target
30 cleans, 95 lb.
What is your least favorite WOD?
Any wod involving a lot of running, like Murph
What is your favorite food?
Sushi and ice cream (not mixed together)
What is your favorite animal and why?
A dinosaur because they are hard to come by
Who is your CrossFit Crush?
Neal Maddox all the way
