Getting Started

There are 3 options to get started here at Telegraph CrossFit

1. Introduction Series – private or semi private (New to CrossFit )

If you are completely new to CrossFit, or need to brush up on your technique before entering group classes, sign up for our Introduction Series. The introduction series consists of three sessions with one of our highly qualified coaches, and will go over all of the techniques and exercises we use in our program. We want all of our members to be safe and confident in all of the movements before attending group classes.  This series can be done either privately (1 on 1) or with friend or family member (2 on 1).  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

2. Personal Training

Personal Training is the best way to achieve your fitness goals. Your coach will assess your movement, weaknesses and strengths, while creating a program specifically designed to meet your needs. If you’re looking to improve your technique, gain/lose weight, train for a specific event or just prefer a more personalized experience, personal training is the best option. Personal training is also recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period or battling with injuries/health limitations. Contact us if you would like to start Personal Training or have any questions.

3. Test Out (Experienced CrossFitter)

If you have a foundation in CrossFit’s core movements and practices then you may be able to “Test-Out” and jump directly into our Group Classes. We have created this process to allow experienced athletes a quick way into the gym while preserving our baseline quality standard required for smooth classes and safe training. We are looking for a general knowledge of safe practices, mechanical proficiency and consistency
