If you are completely new to CrossFit sign up for this 1-on-1 Private fundamentals series. We want all of our members to be safe and confident in all of the movements before attending the group classes. We will go over the following:

During this session the coaching staff will determine whether you are able to join the Group classes. If this is at all intimidating or unfamiliar please consider trying the Private Fundamental Course instead.

If you’re looking to improve your technique, gain/lose weight, train for a specific event or just prefer a more personalized experience, personal training is the best option. Personal training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period or battling with injuries/health limitations
Your coach will assess your movements, weaknesses and strengths, while creating a program specifically designed to meet your needs.
