  • Assessment of movement and technique
  • Specific exercise and conditioning
  • Improving deficiencies and optimizing strengths
  • Nutritional guidance and support

Personal training is recommended if you:

  • Have been desk-bound for a period of time
  • Are training for a specific sport or event
  • Have significant health limitations
  • Need special attention and accountability
